We are seeking a Project Architect to work on institutional, cultural, and commercial projects. The position calls for a high level of organization and attention to detail, excellent communication and collaborative abilities, and design skills.
Responsibilities:
To work in collaboration with the partners and project manager to deliver full architectural services
Preparation of drawing sets from Schematic Design through Construction Documents.
Coordination with consultants
Preparation of design presentations
Involvement with Construction Administration services
Desired Qualities:
8+ years of experience with designing and detailing architectural projects
Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit
Verbal presentation and writing skills
Graphic design / presentation skills
Professional registration a plus
3-D modeling and rendering skills desirable, but not mandatory
