Join ABD Architecture LLC, a new company based in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan, that offers services in architectural design, project management, consulting and due diligence services in for land developments, building developments and luxurious properties in Niseko, Furano, Sapporo and throughout Japan.
We are a trilingual (English, Japanese, Chinese) team with qualifications in project management, real estate, engineering and architecture.
We are looking for motivated and talented architects with qualifications in architecture and at least 5 years of experience in ski resort construction projects.
The ideal candidates have:
- CAD (we use mostly Revit + Twinmotion)
- Passion for architecture.
- linguistic skills (English, and ideally Japanese or Chinese),
- Experience in luxurious residences, hotel condominium and/or resort land developments,
- Work experience outside of Japan.
- Will to learn new things,
- Ideally license to drive a car in Japan,
- Interest in sustainable design (efficient one), structural design, MEP design,
- Japanese 1st class architect welcome.
- PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel Outlook)
- Foreigners welcome.
