The projects aim is to create a new form of library, home to new forms of information. That is what the mediatheque is about. A vortex of information around which the visitor is swirling and vice versa. The @amoeba mediatheque consists of horizontal slabs that open and close in unsuspected parts, thus creating a continuous flow of visitors and information. the amoebas core is a small projection room in the inside as well as from the outside.
