The idea of this prototype is to create a prefab 30 m2 house module for a single person, like students or old people. This module can be built as a single unit, or as an agrupation. The main idea is based on use the 3.2 m tall to create an storage modul that let all furniture to desappear depending of the use of the house in each moment. This big storage step create also a separation between more public or private areas. Under the bathroom, and connected from outside, we find all technical instalations, so it is not necessary to work from inside, with the advantage that it has for the inhabitant.
