The structural design leads to the new West Cork Art Centre which becomes a component of the existing natural urban space by fusing this into one, where each functional element, such as the light, the galleries and the terrace, has a specific perpetual role, not only as an architectural volume but also as an urban beacon for the city and as a sculpture with its own identity, whether the user is present or not.
