The building is located in Gdynia (Poland). This is an office block that accomodates un underground parking, open plan offices as well as a contemporary art gallery and bar/cafe on the ground floor accessible to the public. The influences on the materiality and the concept of the building were the main elements which reflect the character of the city: water which is reflected in glass and rock represented by stone cladding.
Those two elements are wraped up with like a mist lightwell structure - a second skin providing proposed buildings with internal public spaces on the ground floor. The corridors that connect designed buildings are conceptual link - a fine line between the water and rock.
