SAI IKON
This tower is proposed in an upcoming urban neighborhood of Kalyan overlooking a no development green zone area.
The tower is designed as a Ground + 3levels Parking +20 storey residential tower aptly called Sai Ikon. This building has a mix of 2bhk,3bhk,4bhk and duplex apartments with all modern amenities such as a gymnasium ,party hall, luxurious lobby, swimming pool, children’s play areas and well finished interiors but It’s the iconic architecture that makes it stand out in the skyline of the city and its surrounds.
The design endeavor’s to give a new definition to the concept of a traditional urban apartment space. All apartments have the luxury of a private sky garden for the family’s recreation besides the more commonly provided community recreational spaces such as club house and the garden for the interaction with fellow residents of the tower.
The entire building is planned to give every apartment its own double height private garden terrace with a lap pool offering complete privacy from the adjoining flats by use of large bio walls and by the orientation of the plan away from the view of neighboring apartments.
Irrespective of the apartment size, all residents have a large private garden space for their recreation and relaxation overlooking the surrounding view. The double height terraces are covered spaces which invoke cross ventilation to the apartment and allow the residents to use the outdoor space at any time of the day or in any climate.
The apartments are oriented in the north -south direction to give the best light and ventilation to all the rooms and reducing heat gain thus maintaining the ambient light and temperature through out the day.
The tower is designed as a stack of random boxes of various sizes and volumes creating a dramatic and yet interesting composition in which no two floors look similar in appearance. This dynamic and unique architectural design gives a sculptural look to the building and gives the building an identity which invokes a great deal of interest and belonging for its residents.
The building is an earnest attempt to redefine the way we create a unique modern residential apartment towers within the realms of a commercially viable project.
