The plot is divided into four surfaces by the effect of the surrounding hills where each surface contains the same number of points and then utilized due to the site restrains and surrounding land uses and. These points are each displaced by the effect that the highest point of each hill has on it. The surfaces created by each set of points are trimmed to allow for natural lighting for the exhibition space which is the result of two sets of points establishing continuity. The other two remaining surfaces are trimmed to establish an entrance to the covered public square and access to the top of the surface from the public section which contains an auditorium and temporary exhibition spaces and also contains but still separated administrative zone.
