-creating keeping file for historical maps and pictures
-exhibition of different collections about.
-building sample with goal of relation among people and architectures.
architect training principals:
architect school has two targets:
1. it is training architecture with transferring essential knowledge and skills.
2. it is instructing them to take advantage from acquired knowledge and skills.
this site is in a special urban position it contains necessary potential to achieve architectural ideas and targets.
this site contains perfect sight and view therefore takes advantage of suitable “.
settlement” laleh park ,museums, hotels and hospitals that surrendered area confirmed plan characteristics.
characteristics and potentials of physical plan:
1. international hotel allocated to this site in urban plan but it stopped after revelation and present satiation of site is an excavated pit in 17.ms depth.
2. this site settles near to the park from north and west.
