The project is located in the center of Urla in Izmir on an area of approximately 3000 square meters. The project is a multifunctional building and was born out of Urla's need for a large amphitheater. The building is also intended to connect two important axes such as Urla Meydan and Sanat Sokagi. This use is also specially designed for the night. It is aimed to reflect the character of Urla and the green areas are arranged for this. In the facade character, there are sun breakers placed at special angles for maximum efficiency in summer and winter from the sun of Izmir. The project has its own indoor parking lot. In addition, it is specially designed to quickly evacuate crowded people inside in emergencies with the connection to the building from that part and the emergency exit of the amphitheater in the front. There is a very small slope in the area and the project uses this slope to go from the middle level to the ground and the first floor. At the same time, this slope facilitates the use of ramps and draws a transition route for the project to connect 2 important axes. The roads around the project are closed to traffic. The road in the west is for the indoor parking lot entrance. The road in the east provides a loading area for the building. Since there is a cafe and the cafe's kitchen in that section, loading becomes easier. The upper part of the amphitheater is the northern part of the transition section that is stepped and connects those axes. Having an amphitheater underneath creates a sense of depth inside. There are workshop areas on the first floor and a gallery space in the circulation, and this gallery space overlooks the library. The aim is for the two levels to work together in terms of depth.
