The intentions of designing this project was to have a maximum view to the hill and the green nature of that area, along with preserving the local heritage and architecture of that area. This project draws inspiration from the aesthetic principles of Gorgan's indigenous architecture and its connection to the natural environment. It aims to create a minimalist yet impactful GFRC skin, inspired by the dynamic form of the adjacent green hill and natural rhythms. These vertically oriented GFRC panels serve as both an aesthetic element and an interface between architecture and nature.
The design fosters a visual dialogue between the interior and exterior spaces. The fractured and fluid lines of the skin guide the eye towards the greenery, drawing nature into the project and reinforcing a sense of human connection to the natural world. This approach creates an inviting atmosphere that promotes tranquility and a sense of belonging.
To address the region's high rainfall, the project incorporates a sustainable design strategy. The roof is sloped towards a central point, where rainwater is collected in a tank. This innovative approach helps control water consumption and improves the building's overall energy performance.
The project also uses passive design strategies to minimize energy consumption. Large windows are strategically placed to maximize natural light and ventilation, reducing the need for artificial lighting and cooling. The use of vernacular architecture and modern construction techniques contributes to the cultural significance of the project. By seamlessly combining contemporary design with Gorgan architectural elements, this project creates a living space that is harmonious and compatible with the environment, which celebrates the beauty of the natural environment.

Using GFRC materials, the panels are made in the factory and then installed in the project.
Also, by using the rainwater collection system on the roof of the project, all the water used in the toilet is supplied.
