The interior design for this 250 sq m apartment was carried out in a space that was received in the white work stage, with finished bathrooms and kitchens. The client's request was to intervene more forcefully in the social area and the master bedroom. The rest of the program would be completed in accordance with what was already established by the developer, for which our team took advantage of the pre-existing conditions by making the appropriate combinations to achieve a result that highlights the tastes and requirements of its future inhabitants.

The main objective of our project was to offer the client the greatest flexibility in space to be able to grow or divide according to the different activities. We designed a main element that joins the TV cabinet with a lattice, this opens and closes to unite and separate the spaces, achieving with its dynamism spaciousness or privacy for the formal living room and the TV room.

When the lattice is closed it divides the social area, composed of living room, dining room, dining room and study. When it opens, it unites all the spaces, dressing the dining room wall and thus achieving a comprehensive environment. This dynamic element, in addition to being very functional, harmonizes with the selected finishes to create a very warm atmosphere in sync with the era. The neutral and clean design allows inhabitants to take ownership of the space by incorporating furniture and accessories to their liking, without losing the harmony of the space.
