The proposed design, harmonizing with the sloped landscape, inspires the contemporary villa "Matbaq" - a modern homage to the famous palace. This structure is more than just a residence; it is a multigenerational home creatively designed to accommodate two families.
One of the challenges is the intelligent use of the site's depth without compromising access routes, which is elegantly achieved - the villa opens onto terraces in a series of layers. In response to the harsh climate of Shahrak, the villa's designers emphasize privacy and connection to the outdoors. The jacuzzi, a haven of warmth and tranquility, is discreetly placed at the lowest level of the yard, maintaining a connection with the open air while preserving the space's privacy.
The orientation of the living spaces is strategic. They are deliberately aligned to capture the captivating views of the nearby river and the majestic mountains beyond. This thoughtful positioning ensures that both resident families enjoy unparalleled scenery. The villa’s roof, with its sloping design, not only complements the alpine beauty but also serves as a functional element to withstand the region's winter elements. Meanwhile, the windows are recessed along the western facade, a design choice that provides shelter from the elements.
Essentially, "Matbaq" is a symphony of design and function, where architecture and nature come together to create a living experience that is as serene as it is magnificent. It echoes the contemporary reflection of the historical grandeur of Shahrak, a space where past heritage and present innovation converge to create a timeless sanctuary.
