The KUUM Hotel Spa & Residences is an innovative concept for boutique lifestyle and resorts. The architecture for KUUM was inspired by the regional beauty, resources and historical legacy of southwestern Turkey and the Aegean Sea. Specifically, the Kuum Property is located in Bodrum, an international destination renowned for its wonderful climate, turquoise waters and cosmopolitan atmosphere.

Nestled on a seafront bay, the property uniquely coexists within the hillside topography. The diverse programmatic elements of the design all curve, shift and shape according to the topography and sea views. The resort has a 66 room hotel, 13 private residences, health spa, restaurants, and other recreational and leisure activities. The intention of the design is to create a contemporary and transcendental atmosphere.
