Latitude, ONE°15 Marina

Latitude is the main all-day dining restaurant at ONE°15 Marina, the members' club at Sentosa Cove in Singapore. Studio X was appointed to reinvent it completely and to reposition it as a destination restaurant for Sentosa Cove, working within the wider planning and circulation of the club. The 4,900 sq ft restaurant opened in 2025. The brief was a third space: somewhere members could dine, gather and unwind, and feel confident bringing guests. The entrances were reconfigured, and the frontage was pulled back by one metre to make a more usable terrace overlooking the marina. The main dining floor is organised around the marina outlook and zoned so that intimate tables, larger groups and the bar can coexist without losing sightlines to the water. A rammed earth feature wall stands beside the main entrance and carries the restaurant's branding. Curved booths with patterned upholstery sit against large-scale, made-to-order raffia wallpaper, under a hand-made woven rattan light. The bar stools are bespoke and upholstered, and the main dining chair was designed for the project to work across several table configurations. Studio X reimagined Latitude at ONE°15 Marina Club, Sentosa, repositioning it as a destination restaurant for Sentosa Cove.

We completely reinvented and delivered the club’s main all-day dining restaurant, repositioning it within the wider club planning and circulation. Entrances were reconfigured and the frontage pulled back by one metre to create a more usable terrace space.

The design takes full advantage of the marina setting - relaxed and assured, with a layered composition of materials, lighting, and spatial rhythm that feels both contemporary and enduring. The layout supports multiple modes of dining, from intimate settings to larger group occasions, without losing coherence or atmosphere.
