Description

The project here presented is a space for the plastic arts, for the music, the dance and the theater in the city of Maceió, Alagoas, Brazil.
In the first floor it has classrooms for plastic arts and social works of social inclusion, in one of the blocks, shops, restaurant and bathrooms in other and a small theater in other, all interconnected. In the second floor the rooms are with acoustic treatment for classrooms of music, dance and theater. Rising up to the highest floor, through the tower of circulation, there is the room of exhibitions where you can see the sea of a side and the city of other.
The remainder of the land has determined functions. Has an amphitheatre in the open air, above him a great lawn for exhibition of sculptures and for the right side a small free stage for popular presentations. The remainder was projected in the intention of allowing any type of artistic expression for anyone, has so, space out and tree planting. And is at the part from behind of the land where is the parking.
