Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia is a new and just growing rapidly, city. Therefore, there was several competitions for big construction projects. The International Business Center prospect was one of them. It is located in west side of the Sukhbaatar square - Central Square of the city. Building consists of two towers both are 26 stories high and main building which has 18 stories high. There are all of the main mixed use functions have designed such as bank, office area, exhibition and meeting halls, restaurants, sky lounge, and parking area etc. Site neighbor buildings character reflects a rhythm of tall columns, so we have used 6 stories high column design for south side elevation of the building. Also there are some detail conceptions to make a landmark tower of the UB city.
Unfortunately, project hasnt selected for the competition at that time. Now, there is another office building already built in this location.
