The high-Haus building is located at the edge of Condesa district in Central Mexico City. The site goes side to side from the main street to a secondary road. The main entrance is on the local street whereas the opposite side is blocked by a solid wall. In higher levels, views on to Chapultepec park call for openings and balconies. As opposed to a pillars&slabs structure, the building is a walls&slabs system in which components are both structural members and finishing. The entire block is exposed concrete.
There are four basic apartment types, and as many as 30 variants.
The space on the south side of the site, currently occupied by irrelevant abandoned constructions, is being developed as a complementary project: LaFranja.
