the p3332 project is located in the south area of mexico city on a high speed busy highway. the idea is to an l shaped volume with closed facades on the external sides and a glass and aluminium facade with terraces and balconies in both inner planes.
the structure contains 48 maisonettes organized along both sides of the l. all private spaces, except for kitchens and bathrooms, face the open core of the site.
