This project is an experimental house for a hollywood mogul, with 2.100 m2, located amidst a pine forest.
The building design should be impressive and striking, to comply with the special requirements of an eccentric movie actor used to spend his free-time with his guests, in an unique house.
Interior space: Swimming pool at the ground floor with parking for 15 cars. Lounge room at the second floor
with five ensuite rooms for visitors, kitchen,laundry,toilets and a office for meetings.
Triangular shaped, built of metal, accessed by helicopter, surrounded by water, the house is well-protect,
a self-sufficient dwelling ready for an extraordinary way of life.
