Krishna Buildestates Pvt. Ltd. has successfully completed the BST Super Speciality Hospital in Achrol, Jaipur, a landmark healthcare facility constructed with speed, precision, and advanced engineering methodologies. Located on the Jaipur-Delhi Highway, within a sprawling 75-acre integrated medical campus, the 650-bed hospital and its state-of-the-art infrastructure are built to meet the growing demand for world-class medical services in Rajasthan.
High-Tech, Future-Ready Healthcare Infrastructure
Spanning over 4 lakh sq. ft., the hospital comprises a basement and G 6 floors, topped with a fully-equipped service terrace. The project was executed by KBE on an accelerated timeline, with the structure completed in a record-breaking 9 months and ready for its first government inspection, including all finishing works, within just 12 months.
The hospital’s construction integrated high-performance building solutions. The partially glazed façade ensures optimal daylighting, while the interiors feature premium vitrified tiles, granite wall cladding, and POP-finished walls for a hygienic and efficient environment. Heavy-duty, toughened glass doors and stainless steel railings are installed across all stairs and ramps, providing strength, durability, and ease of maintenance. Vertical circulation within the facility is supported by modern passenger elevators with a capacity of 6 persons and dedicated service elevators with a capacity of 2 persons, ensuring efficient movement for patients, staff, and equipment.
KBE executed comprehensive MEP, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, FAPA systems, and complete landscape and external development works. The hospital features seven advanced operating theatres, a dedicated ICU complex, fully equipped radiology, emergency, dialysis, and laboratory services, as well as extensive clinical and inpatient care areas strategically spread across floors for operational efficiency.
The entire facility is supported by cutting-edge infrastructure services, including kitchens, laundries, and storage spaces located on the terrace level, ensuring seamless back-end operations in a high-volume healthcare setting.
