This is a vocational and tertiary school built to replace the previous technical college that was destroyed by the Soufriere volcano. The college is designed for expansion occupying the southern boundary of a 10 hectare site. The buildings are passively cooled; constructed of reinforced concrete with timber brise soleils for shading.
