Description

Residential project in the "Urban Seafront" in Stavanger, Norway. The project is playfully planned as an open and inclusive block in an area being transformed from industry to new urban development.

The project combine the 32 smaller duplex apartments with mezzanines and with the residentals ability to let out parts of their apartment.

Common space as such as a roof terrace, extended galleries, common room for meetings and parties and a laundry, are included as well as spacious storagerooms and a parking garage.
