90 percent of Irans total area is dry and semi-dry. In recent years the demand to live in green areas has intensified as a result the amount of construction in these areas has risen and contributes to environmental degradation. On this project has proven to preserve the environment as much as before construction and the main priorities for design was keep the natural environment. The site is located in a peaceful and quiet strait, near to the river and consists of two parts, the northward, without vegetation and 45 to 60 degree slope, the southward with flat land, two rows of poplar trees and landscaping throughout the site.
The beautiful scenery surrounding the site, hillside enhance to maximize the panoramic vistas and maximum use of the site potential. To prevent the destruction of green space, the building set on a hillside, so function and shape of the villa formed based on extensive in two axis, Z pivot to enthrone the building and left the ground, Y pivot to involve in panoramic views, thus the high level assigned to living space and low level assigned to sleep and guest space.

For the stability of the building, has used the composition of the concrete structure with sheer walls and steel picket was used for the console. Facade filled with plaster and painted by white color as a clear background for the environment. For control natural lighting and climatic effects in southern and western facade has used thermo wood.

There is no any electrical cooling system to cool the building in summer. The Iranian ancient architect uses wind and water to natural ventilation so similar to ancestor design team use this technique. The site has two streams, river and vegetation near the villa, therefore water from up side of the hill conductive to down side and sites slope changed to four levels, each level consists of grassland, wind transmission lead to decrease temperature around a building.
