Akplaza Sales / Leasing Office Building

The design concept of Akplaza Commercial Center was continued during the architectural & interior design of the sales / leasing office building.

The architectural design of the single floor annex built by using steel structure and dry construction methods was entirely conducted with Revit BIM software.

Excessive solar heating and glare was prevented by adjusting the opaque surfaces of the façade as well as the projection of the roof overhang.

The artificial HVAC loads were minimized by wrapping the whole structure with insulation layers whereas allowing natural cross ventilation with operable windows.

Energy efficient LED lighting fixtures regulated with sensors are preferred for the lighting.
