One of the most important goals of any correctional facility is to help the prisoners change their criminal behavior and avoid re-offending after release.
Consequently, our correctional facilities offer a number of rehabilitation programs . It is important that the professionals providing these programs hold positive attitudes towards the prisoners.
In this context, positive attitudes signify a view of prisoners as normal persons capable of positive change, whereas negative attitudes signify a view of prisoners as incurably deviant individuals.

“ The meaning of Double envelop design in building’s function context is the arrangements / integration of different functions according to their type and spatial requirement, in a pecking order to ensure the security and humane environment with in the periphery without letting outer settings conflicting with inner ones.
The envelope is to respond both to natural forces and human values. The natural forces include rain, wind and sun. Human concerns include safety, security, and task success.
The envelope provides protection by enclosure and by balancing internal and external environmental & psychological forces.
To achieve protection it allows for careful control of penetrations. A symbol of the envelope might be a large bubble that would keep the outer roughness out and the interior environment in.
A prison is a complex environment with many different people with different needs and roles within a prison.
