As an owner of a post-war apartment building, I had the chance to realize my own vision of how to live in a city: garden instead of parking spcae, low energy AND eco-friendly, real materials, traditional handwork in contemporary design and well thought out space - not only within the partments, but also in the communal spaces such as the garden and shared laundry.
After all my pondering I can say, „yes, that‘s how I want to live in the city!“ The local newspaper said, „why isn‘t she converting the whole neighbourhood?!“
