The project situated next to the Niavaran Park. Here, we created a plaza open to the park in the several different levels in order to create spectacular views to the park and its neighborhoods. The project has 4 levels mall plus 9 administrative levels. The administrative part of the building has been designed to view toward the Damavand Mountain and offers creative views for visitors.
