This engineer's thesis presents a construction project of a single family house that would realize a concept of so-called "open house" and explains what should be meant by this phrase. It also shows the nowadays prospect of a single family house and its connection to nature, including desing assumptions and engineering solutions. The author was inspired by some of the projects which are contained in this graduation work as well.
