This is a modern complex of four stars, located on the coast of Mikolo beach. The complex can accommodate up to 500 guests. The territory of the complex is an entire ecosystem. On the perimeter of the balconies of the complex surrounding each of the floors, more than 100 tall trees, 50 medium-sized trees and 250 cascading plants and shrubs are planted. Such a quantity of plants allows to absorb more than 10 tons of carbon dioxide and produce about 100 kilograms of oxygen per day. • Orientation and location.
Given the local climate, the building does not have a problem of overheating and heat due to the natural ventilation system, as well as the maximum use of natural light.
• Rational use of water resources.
The complex has catchment systems storing rainwater in tanks, a filter for cleaning for subsequent re-use in the sanitary maintenance of buildings.
• Energy production.
The building generates its own energy through alternative sources, such as solar panels, which capture energy from the sun and transform it into electricity.
• Environment.
Green roofs, walls, and the complex itself, contributes to the social development and productivity of those who work there and helps the environment, by transforming CO2 into O2.
