AVEND BEYTEPE

Located in Beytepe, one of the fastest developing areas of Ankara, Avend Beytepe not only has a unique identity but also changes living standards with its facilities and rich landscaping areas and also provides an innovative design.
It has total 140,000 m² construction area and consists of 2 parcels and 4 different masses. Each mass is graded and has9 to 36 floors. The project consists of 430 apartment flats of five different types in total.
When locating the blocks it is aimed to give the sense that two parcels faces one single and big inner yard and for that reason, blocks are placed on land boundaries and thus green field of as much as possible has been provided. A horizontal typology is preferred in order to achieve man scale in blocks and it is promoted by means of terrace mass structure. Mushroom floor covering is applied in the building constructed by stainless steel reinforced carcass system.
Avend Beytepe combines the covered plans with a functional approach even though it is designed with aesthetic concern. Duplex apartments having entrance into their gardens having spacious spaces in different typology having wide landscaping area resolved at mid point of green terrace roof and land will make the flat owners feel special. Apartment plans meet flexible demands of users and designed in a manner conforming to different use styles.
Interior design adopts a modern design approach in general. Materials of natural appearance and contrast colors are some of factors of the design understanding. Simpler and pastel colors are preferred in movable furniture. Wooden and natural appearance ceramics are predominantly selected materials of the project.
