Site concept: Urban agriculture and sustainability
Urban agriculture: From the master plan, this part of the site is devoted to urban agriculture and sustainability,
therefore to take this idea further the urban agriculture in my design includes the following types of plantations
1- Bamboo farming
2-Greenhouses for vegetables and fruits
3-Flower gardens
4-Aquaculture concept: Urban agriculture and sustainability

The cohousing facility is a low-cost sustainable development to house the people working on the site. It provides diverse types of units to accommodate all and to provide common facilities like returants, kitchens, shared open spaces, superstore, local markets, workshop and study spaces etc. Another idea is to use the bamboo grown on the site in various building process and materials as explained in the drawing.
