The THREE-SIDE apartment is situated on a strategically located plot of land, boasting a unique urban license plate due to its position at the intersection's corner. This prime location, with three visible facades, adheres to regulations permitting ridges on the floors from three directions.

Confronted with the challenge of a vast surface area, we aimed to create a dynamic structure that played with light, shadow, and fractures. Our objective was to avoid monotony while ensuring the volumes did not feel like mere embellishments or burdens on the building. To achieve this, we implemented changes in geometry within the ridges, enhancing both aesthetics and structural integrity.

Maintaining the safety of the building facade was crucial. By innovatively incorporating volume and fractures, we not only met the challenge but improved the overall appeal of the structure. The unique geometry added visual interest without compromising the building's functionality.

Further enhancing the facade's beauty and interior lighting quality, we introduced the Iranian porcelain brick technique in the reception area. This method allows light to filter through the brick openings, casting a warm and inviting glow inside the building. This technique not only serves an aesthetic purpose but also contributes to the play of light and shadow, creating a captivating ambiance within the THREE-SIDE apartment.
To enhance the aesthetic appeal of the facade and improve the quality and diversity of lighting within the reception area, we have envisioned incorporating the traditional Iranian porcelain brick technique. This innovative approach permits light to gracefully filter through the intricately crafted brick apertures, seamlessly illuminating the building's interior.
