Home Recipe is a base concept for private housing in the south of Poland. It shows how easily and cheaply one can build his or her own house. The house is made of two full-sized shipping containers. The construction of a sloping roof is made of steel and placed above the fore-mentioned containers. The concept also demonstrates that the project can be easily customized by adding or reducing the number of containers when variable amount of space is needed. For example, if there is a need for a garage, adding additional two small containers will do. If life gives additions to your family and more living space is required, you can also solve this by adding an extra container. Once your dependents are ready to move out on their own, you can simply detach that section of the home if it is not required. You could even allow them to take their sections with them and have a foundation for their own creation!
