Al Ghurair Centre was Dubai’s first shopping mall, and it’s well worth a visit even today. After an impressive makeover, this Deira landmark reopened in 2013 with 130 new stores, restaurants and cafés.
Shopping highlights include Marks and Spencer, Swarovski, Dune, Aldo, Early Learning Centre and Mothercare. There are plenty of dining options from al fresco restaurants to ice-cream parlours and coffee shops. Just a few of them include Nando’s, Papa Johns, Baskin Robbins, YogurBerry and Starbucks.
If you’re looking for fun with the kids, head to the movie theatre or Sparky’s entertainment centre. Explore over 350 retail shops and 14 different anchor stores, hospitality, retail, entertainment and community services.
Established in 1982, Al Ghurair Centre is the first shopping mall in the MENA region, prominently located in Deira, the heart of Old Dubai. The mall is centred around a mixed-use, master-planned residential and commercial community.
Over the years, the mall has grown to be one of Dubai's leading shopping and tourist destinations. At Al Ghurair Centre, shoppers can choose from over 350 retail brands across fashion, jewellery, perfumes, home décor, electronics and more.
Al Ghurair Centre also delights its visitors with a tantalising selection of over 50 restaurants spread across a Dining District and Food Court. Beyond shopping and dining, the mall is home to eight cinema theatres and a kids' entertainment area.
