Development is a process that started when human needs started to increases. We humans have reached the limits of sky but side by side are endangering our own kind. Development should have been a process which could have started by looking at future, that what all impact it could have on environment and earth in future days. Architectural development now-a-days is affecting the environment in limitless ways, either with increased carbon emission or higher pollution rate. The physical properties of building facades in our cities at present are not able to adapt to changing conditions in a significant manner. This applies to both the ever changing external conditions such as climate, noise, air quality and light and the fluctuating demands and needs of building occupants on the internal side of the facade interface. Specific properties of facade in terms of thermal conductivity, solar heat gain transmission, light transmittance, porosity etc. are static and remain essentially constant although the requirements for an energy efficient building skin differ significantly under the widely varying climatic conditions at different times of the day, year. "We are first polluting the environment then find the ways to save ourselves which in turn is again polluting the environment." This condition generates the need of doing such research and letting people know that there are ways to develop without endangering our own kind. But there are several restriction like money and fake news that are available which don't allow us to know what the reality of the architecture is. The only way I had to cater this problem was by depending on my own science based knowledge and looking for the answers.
