The Building is a 70 meters height seismic resistant structure, is the tallest building in all west Argentina region.
The building`s sculptural sensibility of curving walls is related to the natural shape of the mountains and also breaks the monotony of a crowded and aging urban environment, to create a memorable and easily recognized landmark.
The facades play an essential role within the urban scenario, as two emerald reflecting crystal curtains, melt together the wavy concrete structure that mirror the gorgeous context of the green Plaza Italia, the characteristic deep and colorful Mendoza sky and the infinity of the Andes mountains.
The symbolic meaning of the building crown is realized in natural copper, and is an allegory to the harmonic and privileged urban relationship between the city and its physical limits, the Andes Mountains.
