Project No 3, by Interior Architect Aslı Eğilmezler, founder of Work of Arch Studio. As the management floor of a six-storey factory, it has been designed and implemented on a 350 m2 area, with 4 executive offices, 1 meeting room, a reception area, social area and waiting areas in one floor.

In office design decisions, it is aimed to create a warmer and natural environment by making maximum use of perspective and daylight. It is aimed to increase the ceiling height in the waiting area, to consider the roof light for this area and to maximize comfort. In the corridor areas, using the arc form, the floor and the ceiling were designed to meet each other and light sources of different structures were created. In addition, different concepts and details have been considered in the design of each space. The personal hobbies, tastes and interests of each user played a serious role in the design of the space, and it was aimed to give a dynamic effect in accordance with its function. For example, an existing accessory as a hobby has been transformed into modern furniture by the integration with different materials. With this approach, each space has been given a characteristic feature.

In the overall design, while more natural and warm tones, materials and textures are preferred in some rooms as the color scale. Black and gray tones are used in some rooms to give a masculine and eclectic effect. The executive rooms have a different style and a different size. The active generation rooms have frescoes and heirloom furnıture. With this style we maintain an eclectic formation and design integrity. The existing frescoes and heirloom furniture have been reconsidered in design integrity and an eclectic formation has been achieved.

Two generations of company executives who value art have made these passions a part of their daily lives. The company has a large and valuable art collection, consisting mostly of Turkish artists: Ahmet Güneştekin, Ozan Oganer, Kezban Arca Batibeki and Ahmet Oran. This is exhibited in the executive offices, waiting area and circulation areas of the collections of Turkish and foreign artists. Such a dominant and valuable formation constitutes one of the main starting points of design.

Artists in the art collection; Seçkin Pirim, Ahmet Oran, Ekrem Yalçındağ, Yiğit Yazıcı, Ahmet Güneştekin, Pınar Dupre, Ozan Oganer, Ergin İnan, Peter Kogler, Kezban Arca Batıbeki
