A cancer center that brings together a critical mass of people and experts who devote their life’s in working to fight cancer with an evidence-based-design creating an optimal environment where people can receive the highest quality and advanced medical care, but also places for them to heal and recover. A Centre that focuses on the wellbeing of cancer patients via thoughtful, holistic design.

Objectives
- Social:
Providing places for social interaction between staff, patients and their families.
- Environmental:
Creating a home-like center with the aim of normalizing each Patient’s Experience.
- Awareness:
Educating patients and their families about diseases by providing awareness offices.
- Psychological:
Supporting the patients to "self-heal" by putting them into a positive and relaxing healing environment.

Selected Site: South Obhour, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Area of: 27,000 sqm

Project Program:
- 20 Outpatient clinics.
- 100 Inpatients rooms, 18 chemotherapy bays, and 10 Intensive care units.
- Diagnostic services including:
Radiology, laboratory, emergency, operations, and radiation oncology.
-Support services including:
Mortuary, center sterilization, housekeeping, storages, dietary, and pharmacy.
- Patient support including:
Administration, awareness and consulting offices.
- Utilities including:
Shops, youth and wellness rooms.
