Rapid urbanisation is an intrinsic part of the development process. One of the challenges before the nation is to provide for planned neat urban settlements with adequate greenery and open spaces rather than unplanned haphazard and polluted slum like urban settlements.

The quality of the urban zone determines the quality of life of the inhabitants. Planning of a new urban zone therefore is of utmost importance for defining the quality of life.

This master plan incorporates the work undertaken through constant discussions for creating a master plan that integrates the idea of 'access to open spaces' through recommendations and incorporation of design principles ideated by the team with specific, programmatically driven recommendations for conducive planning.

The aim is to provide for a logical and natural evolution of different human habitats throughout the site that responds equally to the natural features of the site: the topography , water cycle features , the native flora and fauna , and the human needs of a thriving community : social interaction , familiarity , safety , connectivity , etc.

The project incorporates, public open spaces, the peripheral spaces, a shopping street and green park loop. This has been combined to provide an aura of the urban open spaces. The coherent open spaces have various leisure spaces where the locals can spend the whole day with multiple activities to explore.
The green space along the corridor acts as a buffer to cut the noise pollution from the main highway.
