In 2017 ProVista acquired a piece of land at the Songshan Lake Industrial Area and started their vision of developing a new industrial model that will contribute to a better future, a better environment. Their vision is to be realised in the ProVista Inno Park Development Project. An eminent team of architects, AOS, OOA, and TIP from Hong Kong won the invited design competition and joined this journey of realising this ambitious vision. Inno Park Phase One will be completed in 2020 and put into operation.
Well-being of the environment and care of humanities are the values of ProVista. This core value us reflected in the whole design process, from Concept to the very Details. We see Provista as stepped fields in the Mountain. The Building Form is responsive to nature, to the wind and the sun. The whole layout is centred around a water park that nurtures life and collects rainwater for irrigation.
Energy-saving and use of environmental-friendly materials are important attributes. Man-made structures are interconnected with nature. From master planning to architectural design, we have taken into our utmost priority to connect with its natural environment, history, culture and humanities. Technology is meant to contribute to the well-being of Humanity & Nature. Innovation of our minds needs to come to place.
Greening the Place
The Natural Water Garden in the heart of the park connects all the built structures and allows people to be embraced in greenness. In order to enhance greenness, most of the exterior walls, terraces, parking lots are covered with greenery.
City in the Sky
People come first
We put people first, at the high level where facilities for eating, learning, exchanging take place. This is a layer where people and buildings are connected. Occupants are encouraged to walk the open staircase where you can feel the constant connection with nature.
This Creative Science and Technology Industrial Park is built on a land of 60,000 m², with a total construction area of 218,000 m². More than 400 green innovation companies will be housed in the innovation park.
