Within the contemporary urban landscape, among the large number of places that make up the city, indoor public spaces are becoming increasingly important in relation to the outside, for reasons of climate, safety, leisure or well-being. Interiors as part of public activity have been incorporated naturally into our daily urban itinerary. We pass through countless public spaces on our daily routes within the city, but perhaps nowhere else is there such an intense social exchange as in a bar or restaurant, and above all on a thematic level. They generate a type of public space of enormous activity and diversity.
It is a place of camaraderie, entertainment and relaxation, of observing and being observed. Over time, the bars and restaurants have claimed their own unique character, moving away from the impersonal style that defined them some decades ago and have become suggestive spaces that trigger every anecdote of social exchange.
Rock Me Beer was a project aimed at an audience between 18 and 70 years old, lovers of rock, beer and good times among friends. The objective was not only to increase the capacity of the place, but also to take the quality stick higher and higher in the city, offering all customers a permanent museum, set in the Rock, where the main activity is an enjoyment and emotional experience, a place that recalls moments of the past through music and timeless decoration, with a warmth that customers want to stay there.
The diversity in the distribution and in the pieces of furniture allows different situations in the same space, the lights are mixed to emphasize the exposed elements, creating visual effects. The construction details were carefully designed to create a wide variety of perceptions.
A careful choice of materials and combinations, enhanced by the right lighting and a mix of decorative details, creates the distinguished atmosphere of Rock Me Beer.
The bar thus becomes the Temple of Rock, in all its magnitude in the heart of Villa Carlos Paz, a reference bar in the city open 24 hours a day, where the personalized attention and warmth of the staff, the sophisticated atmosphere and the climate generated by the music plus the unparalleled design in the city have made it a permanent icon to stay and change the history of the Villa.
