According to research, resting the body under adverse conditions over time will cause pain and numbness in the waist and legs; therefore, it is recommended to use benches that do not transfer weight pressure to the joints, soft tissues, or discs. With the help of genetic makeup, we created a sequence of human ergonomic criteria (relative to weight-height) in different forms of rest, which, like the ecosystem, work alongside each other and includes the concept of charm and general sculpture.
