The house, with an area of 130 square meters was designed for a small family. The cottage includes a kitchen-living room, bedroom and children's room. Functionally, the house is divided into 2 parts - personal and general. This is also highlighted in the composition of the building - general space is higher compairing to personal part, and this difference brings an accent to this cottage. There is an exit from the dining room to the outdoor barbecue terrace and from the bedrooms to the pool and courtyard. Rzhavo(ukr. rusty metal ) - is the house faced with corten steel, which is a spectacular and practical finishing and decorative material.
