Building was designed on the site which used to be a baroque park in eighteenth century . In order to harmoniously fit in around the vast majority of building volume was hidden under the ground. Roof was designed as a green roof to visually minimize its impact on the environment. The building is functionally divided into two parts. One of them is a ballroom with its sanitary facilities, the second is a spa, squash courts, fitness rooms, gyms.Two parts linked by the kitchen facilities on level 0. Between the two wings of the building there is courtyard designed for open space activities. The building has been integrated into the newly designed contemporary park.
