Respecting nature:
Usually Bangladesh is a worm humid country. The wind blows from south to north during summer. Temperature rises up to 42 degree Celsius and the humidity is very high specially in seaside area like Chittagong. West side of the building is the most heated area and in this project there are no mutual shadings of surrounding environment. This Project is intended to reduce artificial Energy (Air cooler and others). the design is done to get the southern cool wind by creating void and protect the western heat by providing thick solid walls. the direction of the exposures also respect the wind direction and against the direct western sun beam. in this way the total massing and elevation reflects the local climatic situation and ensure the comfort of inhabitants.
