The building focus on ecology and green architectural design, implementing sustainable methods such as solar energy, rain water collection, green roof, rain waiter penertratable pavement, recycled materials. It is a multiple learning center, full of joy, health, nature and culture. It is also a great reading room for the whole community. Pei-Tou Library is by far the only ” Diamond grade” green building in Taiwan.
