This is a single family house. A multi – level building, which offers a variety of space qualities, whether it is interior or open space. As far as the latter is concerned, you can choose between veranda, garden, balcony or semi – covered space. The house is carefully oriented to the south and the sun warmth makes all spaces very agreeable to be in.

It is an armed concrete construction. The most important façade of the building and the south-east corner is formed with a metal structure, which allows the interior unobstructed view and sun light but it also bears the shading systems.
