In an attempt to “study” the diversities of the South Bank of London, I created |spaceshift|, an installation between Queen Elizabeth Hall and the Royal Festival Hall, to “relax” the sense of permanence of the coplex’ concrete context.

The installation is divided into 3 levels - each related to a main South Bank complex level - in a way that one would experience it differently while moving between these levels.

Furthermore, the fagility expressed through the materials (plastes|wire|metalic mesh) in layers, the openings which make it look wheathered and incomplete, encourageto perceive the space as a living organism.
