This 30.000m2 luxury residential complex is located on a strategically perched waterfront parcel that was previously the home of the Carlton Hotel, a landmark on the famous Raoucheh Rock promenade. In an aim to replace an icon with another and to escape the monotonous vertical stacking of typical floors that defines most luxury residential projects in Beirut, a clustering approach was explored to offer future residents three different typologies of dwelling rather than one, thus a variegated and exclusive waterfront living experience with maximum exposure to sea view, overhang balconies, glazed panoramic loggias and terrace gardens.
